Eligibility for Returns

• Product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Item must be in original packaging
• Photos/videos of the damage must be provided
• Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective

2. Share photos/videos of the damaged item
3. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
4. If approved, we'll arrange pickup and replacement

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
